From Scratch Small Cake Pan

A springform mechanism at the side of the pan makes it easy to remove the cake once it has been baked - simply unclip and lift once it has cooled. Made from carbon steel, it retains heat effectively, while having a slimmer, lighter profile than cast iron alternatives. This BPA-free pan is finished in a satin champagne colour which adds a little sparkle to the kitchen.
